YOUR TASKS

Responsibility for the global strategy and further development of Technical Sales and Research in the Animal Nutrition division
Leading and developing an international, interdisciplinary team and collaborating with international sales managers
Ensuring the scientifically sound positioning of products and providing technical support to the international sales team
Planning, managing, and evaluating national and international feeding trials to derive market-relevant insights
Translating research findings into successful sales, marketing, and innovation strategies
Evaluating new developments and deriving strategic recommendations for action

WE EXPECT:

Ph.D. in Animal Nutrition, Agricultural Sciences, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field
Several years of professional experience in animal nutrition, feed additives, technical sales, or applied research
Experience leading teams and managing complex projects, as well as strategic and entrepreneurial thinking
Fluency in German and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
Willingness to travel internationally
